Regular summer rate $1,800/week except for the weeks of 4th of July and Labor Day.

Security deposit of 25% of the weekly rental is required to secure your reservation
Full amount of rental is due 30 days prior to your rental week and is non-refundable .

Fall and Winter Rates available-minimum two night stay - call for details.

Security deposit will be refunded providing the following conditions are met:
|
- Nothing is missing or damaged
- Rental is left in good condition and Kitchen is clean (If cottage needs above and beyond what cleaning staff does you will be charged accordingly).
- You do not exceed the amount of guests (10).
